About the business
Chef Soni belongs to a family that has lived in Old Delhi for 100s of years. Raised in the lanes where Mughlai cuisine was born, she learned cooking not from books, but from generations of experience. Although she worked in the corporate world for more than 7 years, her childhood dream was always to cook and serve authentic Old Delhi food. Leaving her corporate career, she founded Namami Kitchen to revive the true Mughlai taste that is slowly disappearing. Today, every dish at Namami Kitchen carries the soul of Old Delhi.
